Go with the flow on a naturally gaited horse!

Gaited horses have a "special gait" that other horses do not possess. Although this gait varies according to breed and the individual horse, it is generally very smooth and ideal for those with back problems. Gaited horses come in many breeds and include almost every colour and size.

The Gaited Horse Group of Ontario was founded by a small but dedicated group of gaited horse enthusiasts in the spring of 2001.

Activities and events of "GHGO" include gaited horse trail rides, social events, a demonstration drill team, fair and trade show exhibitions, educational clinics and lectures. And most importantly .... resources and contacts for members to share their knowledge and passion. The club consists of an executive committee (including "Breed Representatives") and various teams to co-ordinate all aspects of the group. The club is comprised of the following teams:
